DON’T LEAVE YOUR FAMILY A MYSTERY.

LEGACY LAND helps you organize your crypto wallets, backup locations, beneficiaries, trusted people and handoff instructions into a clearer system—so the assets you worked to build are easier to identify and understand if you become unavailable.

Wallets. Backups. People. Instructions. Handoff.

I’M NOT LEAVING A MYSTERY.

Your family should not have to search old phones, email accounts, drawers, random notebooks and forgotten devices trying to reconstruct the financial life you already understood.

Knowing an asset exists is not the same as knowing how the ownership and access system works.

LEGACY LAND begins with one commitment:

Make the trail clearer.

THE GOAL IS NOT TO LEAVE MORE CLUES.

THE GOAL IS TO LEAVE A MAP.

image.png

BUILDING THE ASSET IS ONLY HALF THE JOB.

Digital assets create a problem traditional estate planning did not always have to solve:

The value may exist without any bank employee, branch manager or customer-service department being able to recover access for your family.

That makes organization, custody and succession planning especially important.

LEGACY LAND helps students think beyond: “I bought crypto.”

and begin asking:

“If I cannot explain this later, could somebody else make sense of it?”

DOES SOMEBODY YOU TRUST KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN?

image.png

THE LEGACY HANDOFF MAP

  1. 1. IDENTIFY IT — Know which wallets, devices and digital assets actually exist.

  2. 2. ASSIGN IT — Give each wallet or account a clear purpose so your system makes sense.

  3. 3. LOCATE IT — Document where relevant devices, records and backups are maintained without turning an ordinary binder into a collection of exposed secrets.

  4. 4. NAME THE PEOPLE — Identify beneficiaries, trusted contacts, fiduciaries and professionals who may need to become involved.

  5. 5. WRITE THE NEXT MOVE — Leave clear high-level instructions so somebody knows where to begin instead of improvising under stress.

YOUR HEIRS NEED A MAP. NOT A LECTURE.

image.png

STOP TREATING EVERY WALLET LIKE ONE BIG DIGITAL DRAWER.

One of the most practical ideas inside LEGACY LAND is assigning a clear purpose to each wallet or account.

A wallet may serve a specific role such as:

- long-term holdings
- business funds
- taxes
- emergency reserves
- giving
- education
- another clearly defined purpose

The exact categories belong to the student.

The principle is what matters:

WHEN EVERYTHING HAS A JOB, THE SYSTEM BECOMES EASIER TO EXPLAIN.

ORGANIZATION IS PART OF CUSTODY.

image.png

IF SOMEONE HAD 30 SECONDS, WHAT WOULD THEY NEED TO KNOW?

The wallet map provides a high-level view of the digital estate.

The goal is not to expose every private key or secret.

The goal is to create an organized roadmap showing:

  • Wallet or account nickname

  • Purpose

  • General asset category

  • Relevant network or platform

  • Where appropriate access instructions are maintained

  • Intended beneficiary or next person

  • Relevant professional or fiduciary contact

CLARITY FIRST. DETAILS WHERE THEY BELONG.

image.png

BEING ABLE TO OPEN THE WALLET DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN YOU HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO CONTROL THE ASSET.

  • ACCESS: Hardware wallets, Backup devices, Passwords, Recovery methods, Physical location, Technical ability

  • AUTHORITY: Will, Trust, Power of attorney, Executor / personal representative, Trustee, Beneficiary provisions, Applicable law

LEGACY LAND helps students separate two issues that are often confused: TECHNICAL ACCESS and LEGAL AUTHORITY.

A person may possess a device or know how to access an account without necessarily having the legal authority to administer or receive an asset.

Your organizational binder identifies the roadmap. Appropriate estate documents and licensed professionals establish legal authority where required.

THE BINDER EXPLAINS THE SYSTEM. THE LAW DETERMINES AUTHORITY.

DON’T STORE ALL OF THE POWER IN ONE PLACE.

  • LOCATION A — DAILY / ACTIVE ACCESS: The device or system used for ordinary access.

  • LOCATION B — SECURE HOME BACKUP: A separate protected backup location appropriate for the asset and device.

  • LOCATION C — SEPARATE / OFF-SITE BACKUP: A second location outside the primary home, selected according to the owner’s security, legal and access needs.

The original class discusses specific storage examples. Students should use current manufacturer instructions, appropriate security practices, and professional guidance when needed. Do not place seed phrases, private keys, complete passwords or every access secret together in an ordinary binder.

REDUNDANCY WITHOUT SEPARATION ISN’T MUCH REDUNDANCY.

image.png

THIS IS WHERE THE CLASS BECOMES A SYSTEM.

LEGACY LAND walks students through the structure of a Legacy Wallet Binder designed to help organize the digital-estate roadmap.

  1. 01 — WALLET MAP: A high-level view of what exists.

  2. 02 — INVENTORY SHEETS: More detail about each wallet or digital-asset category.

  3. 03 — ACCESS + BACKUP PLAN: Where appropriate access information and backups are maintained.

  4. 04 — PEOPLE + ROLES: Beneficiaries, trusted contacts, fiduciaries and professionals.

  5. 05 — EMERGENCY STEPS: What to do first if something appears compromised or confusing.

  6. 06 — UPDATE LOG: A running record of changes so the binder does not become outdated.

IF YOU DON’T TRACK THE CHANGES, THE BINDER CAN BECOME FICTION INSTEAD OF FACT.

YOUR PLAN IS NOT FINISHED THE DAY YOU CREATE IT.

Wallets change.

Devices change.

Balances move.

Relationships change.

Beneficiaries change.

Storage locations change.

Technology changes.

LEGACY LAND teaches students to keep a simple change record so their organization system can evolve with their actual financial life.

A LEGACY PLAN SHOULD AGE WITH YOU.

ORIGINAL MASTERCLASS. CURRENT CONTEXT.

LEGACY LAND was originally taught live in 2025.

Because tax rules, wallet technology, security practices, financial platforms and estate-planning requirements can change, this edition begins with a new 2026 Watch This First lesson.

Students should watch that lesson before entering the original archive.

The update provides current context and clarification around several topics discussed during the original live session, including:

- wallet transfers and taxes
- self-employed HSA eligibility
- legal authority and fiduciary access
- banking and compliance applications
- wallet backup practices
- storage security
- probate variability
- current manufacturer instructions

THE ORIGINAL TEACHING REMAINS INTACT.

THE CURRENT CONTEXT COMES FIRST.

YOUR DIGITAL ASSETS HAVE OUTGROWN “SOMEBODY KNOWS I HAVE CRYPTO.”

  • ■ You own cryptocurrency or digital assets

  • ■ You use multiple wallets or hardware devices

  • ■ Your backup system exists mostly in your head

  • ■ Your family knows you own crypto but would not know where to begin

  • ■ You are organizing a will, trust or broader estate plan

  • ■ You want physical and digital records to make more sense

  • ■ You want a better handoff system

  • ■ You want to document your assets without leaving private secrets exposed

  • ■ You want trusted people to have clearer instructions

THIS IS NOT:

  • ■ individualized legal advice

  • ■ individualized tax advice

  • ■ individualized financial advice

  • ■ a substitute for a will or trust

  • ■ a substitute for an attorney or CPA

  • ■ a guarantee of access or inheritance

  • ■ a crypto trading course

  • ■ a promise that one wallet or storage method is appropriate for everyone

FAQ

  • Q: IS THIS A LEGAL ESTATE-PLANNING COURSE?
A: No. LEGACY LAND is educational organization and digital-asset succession training. It helps students identify what exists, organize records, think through access and create a clearer roadmap for trusted people. Appropriate legal documents and professional advice may still be required.

  • Q: DO I NEED A LOT OF CRYPTO?
A: No. The issue is not simply the dollar amount. Even a modest digital estate can create confusion if nobody knows what exists or how it is organized.

  • Q: IS THIS ONLY ABOUT TANGEM?
A: No. Hardware wallets and specific devices may appear in the original live discussion, but the core frameworks—inventory, purpose, backup, people, instructions and updates—apply more broadly.

  • Q: WILL MY SEED PHRASES GO IN THE BINDER?
A: The 2026 update emphasizes that an ordinary binder should function as an organizational roadmap, not necessarily as the place where every private key, seed phrase, password, safe combination or other critical secret is stored together.

  • Q: DOES THIS REPLACE A WILL OR TRUST?
A: No. The binder helps organize information. Legal authority and inheritance are governed by appropriate estate documents and applicable law.

  • Q: WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE AN ESTATE ATTORNEY?
A: You can still begin organizing your records and identifying questions. Professional assistance should be considered based on your estate complexity, family circumstances, assets, jurisdiction and planning needs.

  • Q: IS THIS A NEW 2026 CLASS?
A: The original live workshop was taught in 2025. This release begins with a new 2026 Watch This First update that adds current context before the original archive.

  • Q: DO I GET INSTANT ACCESS?
A: Yes. This is a digital masterclass with instant access after purchase.

DON’T MAKE THEM SEARCH FOR THE LIFE YOU ALREADY ORGANIZED.

The wallet.

The backup.

The beneficiary.

The device.

The documents.

The trusted person.

The professional.

The instructions.

They should not exist as eight unrelated pieces of information.

LEGACY LAND helps you begin organizing the handoff before somebody else has to figure it out under pressure.

DON’T LEAVE A MYSTERY. LEAVE A MAP.
